AlderLaw was founded in 2000 based on this basic tenet: we believe that all people, regardless of race, creed, religion, color, class or ability to pay, should be entitled to the same quality of legal representation that the wealthiest individuals in our society can and do acquire. There should be no "class system" in American justice, where the wealthy corporations and insurance companies hire the "best" lawyers, and the regular folks working hard and making this country run on a day-to-day basis get the legal "leftovers."
Mr. Alder believes that everyone is entitled to justice, not just the rich or the big corporations able to pay huge legal bills. At AlderLaw, we take seriously the fact that we, as lawyers, took an oath to uphold the United States Constitution, which includes your right to trial by a jury of your peers.

Responding to the number of new cases the firm has received in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, AlderLaw opened a Santa Barbara office in 2008. Located at 1602 State Street,the office provides services for our Central Coast clients and referring attorneys. AlderLaw has already established itself as one of the top trial firms on the Central Coast, and Mr. Alder recently received one of the highest jury verdicts for a personal injury case in the history of the Santa Maria courthouse. AlderLaw is honored to be a part of this historic region of California, and is continuing its tradition of service to the local legal community by giving seminars to both the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association.
