About AlderLaw, a California Plaintiff’s Law Firm

Core Values and Philosophy

AlderLaw was founded in 2000 based on this basic tenet: we believe that all people, regardless of race, creed, religion, color, class or ability to pay, should be entitled to the same quality of legal representation that the wealthiest individuals in our society can and do acquire. There should be no “class system” in American justice, where the wealthy corporations and insurance companies hire the “best” lawyers, and the regular folks working hard and making this country run on a day-to-day basis get the legal “leftovers.”

Mr. Alder believes that everyone is entitled to justice, not just the rich or the big corporations able to pay huge legal bills. At AlderLaw, we take seriously the fact that we, as lawyers, took an oath to uphold the United States Constitution, which includes your right to trial by a jury of your peers.

We strive to ensure that you feel that you are receiving excellent quality legal representation and that you are not further victimized by the system itself. Justice can, and should, be blind.

“In victory or defeat, be gracious.”

The AlderLaw Team: California's Top Legal Professionals

AlderLaw represents plaintiffs in personal injury, business torts and employment litigation. AlderLaw is proud to have a focused team of lawyers and staff dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to its clients. The firm is heavily invested in staff and technology in order to maximize the presentation of its clients’ cases.

We can provide around the clock service to our clients and referring attorneys. Because of the close working relationship with attorneys who refer cases to the firm and the high level of service it provides, many referral attorneys actually view the AlderLaw staff as an extension of their own office, and many clients refer to the AlderLaw staff as their extended family.

“Give unconditionally, without an expectation of getting anything in return. You will get back a thousand fold.”
